I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
USING BIO FEEDBACK
I work with my clients to understand their biofeedback, in other words, their symptoms or their bodies’ feedback to understand what is the root cause of their imbalances. Through active listening and seeing patterns in their symptoms, I am able to draw conclusions and where to begin their healing.

As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together, we’ll co-create personalized health goals with specific time frames so you know what you’re working toward.

HORMONE & GI MAP TESTING AVAILABLE
I have access to full lab testing including full thyroid panels, hormone testing as well as GI Map Testing. Will work on a deductive approach in understanding your symptoms, ensuring we are exploring diet and lifestyle changes first. If not, testing is always the best route to understand root cause.

Instead of creating lists of good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.
